Hello Parents and Students, First and foremost congratulations to the Concert Choir, and all the participating schools on an amazing choral performance yesterday at the American Education Week Breakfast. The students were well prepared, polite, and sounded AWESOME!

Dress Rehearsal for the Winter Concert will be held from 2:45 until 5:30 at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church in Duluth.

Permission Forms for students to receive a ride are due back next Tuesday.

PHPC
3700 Pleasant Hill Road

From the school:
-left onto Suwanee Dam (1 mile)
-right onto Peachree Industrial (7 miles)
-left onto Pleasant Hill, and the church is on the left (less than a mile)

Please pick your students up at the church by 5:30 on that day.

If your students are receiving a ride from our parents... they will STILL NEED A RIDE HOME! Volunteers drivers are only bringing your students TO the church. Please plan accordingly for 5:30.

Winter Concert will take place the following night December 2. Students need to arrive at PHPC by 6:00pm. Traffic on Peachtree Industrial, and Pleasant Hill is pretty slow at that time. LEAVE EARLY... =)

Chick-fil-a Caroling Night. December 15th from 5-8pm at the Moore Road Chick-fil-a. Feel free to drop by sometime during these hours. Your students have been working on secular carols and fun harmonies. The afterschool ensemble will be giving a brief concert at 6:00. Come and Eat! Donate your receipt, and help the chorus save for classroom recording microphones.

Chorus is in need of consumable items. Please donate the following.

Reams of Colored Paper for programs: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Purple
Plain White envelopes for monies collected.
Boxes of Tissues
Dry Erase Markers, and White Board Cleaner

Next Washington DC payment is due January 10th in the amount of $75

Kroger Gift Card Calendar

To order Kroger cards please make sure to fill out a "Kroger Fundraising Participation" form. (This form only needs to be filled out once per school year). Print a "Kroger Gift Card Order", have your student place the form and payment in the drop box in the chorus room. Both forms can be found under Fundraising, All Downloads or by clicking on Kroger Gift Cards.

November 25: Deliver (just in time for Thanksgiving)

December 2: Sell (Another Concert night when you can buy directly)
