Parents and Students:

A few reminders about upcoming events for Chorus:

1. Dress Rehearsal Monday December 1 from 2:45- 5:30pm Our winter dress rehearsal and concert will be held at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. Your student will need a ride to the church on Monday December 1. In order to make it to the rehearsal on time students will need to be car riders that day and ride directly over to the church. If you are unavailable to transfer your student at 2:00 that day please have them sign-up for a ride with one of our parent chaperones. Sign-ups will be held this week. ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BE PICKED UP AT THE CHURCH BY 5:30pm on December 1. (Please note that our volunteers will not be driving students home. )

2. Winter Concert Tuesday December 2 students call time is 6:00pm There will be NO volunteer drivers for the evening concert. Please begin making arrangements now to transport your students to the church by 6:00pm. Traffic is HEAVY on Pleasant Hill, remember to leave enough time.

3. Washington DC payment overdue the second DC payment was due November 7th in the amount of $75. Please submit your payments ASAP. The next payment scheduled will be January 9th for $75

4. Chick-fil-a Club Night we are currently trying to schedule a holiday caroling performance at the Moore Road Chickfila. Keep your ears open for the date. The performance is optional and LOTS of fun. A percentage of the profits for that evening will go into the chorus fund.

5. Progress Reports will be issued next week. If you have concerns about your students grade please have them see me. Remember absences need to be made up by the first day of final exams in December. 10 minutes per day.

Kroger Gift Card Calendar

To order Kroger cards please make sure to fill out a "Kroger Fundraising Participation" form. (This form only needs to be filled out once per school year). Print a "Kroger Gift Card Order", have your student place the form and payment in the drop box in the chorus room. Both forms can be found under Fundraising, All Downloads or by clicking on Kroger Gift Cards.

October 21: Sell
October 28: Deliver

November 4: Sell
November 11: Deliver

November 18: Sell
November 25: Deliver (just in time for Thanksgiving)

December 2: Sell (Another Concert night when you can buy directly)
